Fair, sustainable, transparent

Partnering and collaborating are essential to guarantee the success of our responsible sourcing commitment.

OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

Ferrero is working to ensure that all our supply chains are fair, sustainable and transparent. For many years, we have been building long-term relationships with our suppliers as we believe that partnering and collaborating are essential to guarantee the success of our responsible sourcing commitment.

The Ferrero Supplier Code, adopted in June 2020, outlines what responsible sourcing means for us, what our priorities are, and how we will work with all our suppliers to implement these along the following three pillars:

• Human Rights and Social Practices: This pillar addresses important matters such as child protection and fair wages.

• Environmental Protection and Sustainability: This area includes guidelines on no deforestation biodiversity, animal welfare and general practices of environmental sustainability.

• Supplier Transparency: Traceability and transparency are essential to ensure a fair and sustainable supply chain and to mitigate any potential issues. We expect our suppliers to address this topic with equal care.

We invite you to read our Supplier Code to learn more about Ferrero’s key pillars of responsible sourcing, the collaboration with our suppliers, and our commitment to continuous improvement.
